Bill: Where do you see the future of marketing, and branding, and social media going?
Wesley: Brands are beginning to resemble individuals more than your traditional, kind of big brand or company. I mean, there are people that will interact with customers 1-on-1 on Twitter, on Facebook, on all these different channels. You look at a brand and you see they have 200 Facebook followers, you think, okay how real can this brand be? They have almost no online presence, they have no Twitter followers, they have no content online. And people look at this and use this to make assumptions about a brand, and I think the next step is brands bringing these assumptions or taking control of these assumptions and then putting them to actual content that engenders a real feeling between a potential customer and that brand.
