Paula: Properties that are in good condition, and properties that are nice, sell faster and for the most money. So, what we did is we assembled a team of designers, experts, contractors, that would be providing all the strategic improvements without any upfront costs. And, basically, what we do is we provide our clients with two options: the asset's value, so it will be a broker price opinion based on the asset's value. But, at the same time, we provide them a repair value marketing strategy, and what we do is we lay out a plan to achieve that value by taking care of absolutely everything with no out of pocket expense.
