A great question for the business owner is – “what is most important; having an “A” level plan with “B” level execution, or, a “B” level plan with “A” level execution?” This can lead to a great discussion, yet, is it the right question? What if you approach your planning to make sure where you KNEW there was passion for execution at the “A” level and then built an “A” level plan.
